Christmas Gifting for Children With Stage

Hello friends and Happy Monday! I hope all of you  had an amazing weekend.  I am so excited to be partnering up with Stage Stores for today’s blog post.
Christmas is 9 days away and I can proudly say that I have completed Sophia and Noah’s Christmas shopping for this year, with the help of Stage Stores!
Stage Stores has a huge variety of toys to choose from, for kids of all ages. I was quite impressed when I went in-store. Of course, their online selection is even bigger! I couldn’t believe my eyes, as it was a challenge not to take every toy home! They had everything and a variety of different brands that I knew my kids would love. They carry brands such as Melissa and Doug, Fisher Price, Cabbage Patch Kids, Barbie, Hot Wheels, and so much more!
Typically, I shop at Stage Stores for clothes and beauty related items, but truth be told, they have so much more to offer than just that.
If you’re still last minute Christmas shopping for family and or friends, you have to check Stage Stores out. They carry everything from womens gifts, to men, and even children, they will have you covered and it will be a one stop shop!

Front Porch Styling For The Holidays With Cornelius

Hi sweet friends! Welcome back. I hope you all have had a great start to your week thus far! Today, I am so excited to be partnering up with Cornelius Nursery to bring you my "Front Porch Styling For The Holidays."
By now, if you have learned anything about me, it's that I absolutely love design & decorating. Our house is decorated inside & out according to the season. I love to entertain and host family and friends in our home, we host every holiday, Christmas being my absolute favorite! The inside decoration of the house matters, yes of course. Although, I think the decorations on the outside of the house need to be just as good, if not better! The outside of your house sets the tone and will get your guest feeling very festive and ready to jump right inside and celebrate!
I can always count on Cornelius Nursery to have just what I need and they always exceed my expectations. I have been going to them for years, for everything from garden to decor. They have a beautiful nursery that has any plant you could ever want/imagine! Especially during the holidays, they are the place you want to go to pick out your pumpkins, mums, Christmas tree, ect. Inside, it is heaven YEAR ROUND. Although, during Christmas, it's a little more magical and feels like you're in a winter wonderland. They set up multiple displays around the store, so if you're indecisive or just don't know what you want your tree /front porch theme to be, I promise if you take a step inside the store you will come out with a million+ plans/ideas.
For my front porch, I love for it to include a pop of red. I think it's so festive for the holidays and just such a warm welcome as our guest pull up! We wrap our columns every year with red velvet ribbon, which can easily be found at Cornelius Nursery. Their ribbon selection is incredible. We also wrapped the wreath and lit front door garland from Cornelius all with their customized signature ribbon +bows. My color choices for this year were red, gold, green, and a touch of plaid! This combination is beyond gorgeous and I might just have to keep my front porch looking like this every single year!!
I have never added garland around our front door before, and I am impressed! It for sure makes a statement! It was very easy to connect and hang up! All you need is gorgeous garland from Cornelius and two command hooks!
I also wanted to add some plants within my exterior porch decor! I found these breath taking poinsettias and Rosemary Cone Trees at Cornelius Nursery and added them onto my front porch steps. Also, the Rosemary Cone Trees give off an amazing/perfect scent for the holidays!
The wreath, lit garland, poinsettias, rosemary cone trees, and signature ribbon/bows are simple touches that add so much to my front porch! I am in love with the way our front porch looks. Once again, Cornelius Nursery exceeds my expectations!
*Thank you to Cornelius Nursery l for sponsoring Today's post.  All opinions are truly my own!

Christmas Traditions

Happy Friday sweet friends. The holiday's are officially here and we could not be more excited! Each and every year, we make ginger bread houses as a family. Brett and I did this before we had Sophia Grace and Noah. Now, that we have them.. the tradition is better than ever!
It is just such a special moment. Now that they are older, they are more involved with the decorating and seeing the smiles on their face as they frost the house with yummy icing, melts my heart. I wouldn't trade these precious memories for the world!
Now that Sophia Grace and Noah have more cousins, this year I decided to start a tradition amongst our the family to kick start the month of December and get in the holiday spirit! Tonight I am hosting our annual "Gingerbread House Party" at our house. Nothing big and fancy, just simply a a lot of laughs and amazing memories made with our sweet babies, their cousins, my sisters, brothers, in-laws, nieces and nephews. What more could you ask for?
For our family gathering, I am planning on us all listening to Christmas music and/or watching classic Christmas movies, I have set up a children's table where the cousins can make their ginger bread houses, decorate their cookies and ice cream cone Christmas trees! I am also setting up a little painting and hot cocoa station for them!
I am so excited to spend this time with my two babies and their cousins. After all, this night is all about them and creating unforgettable memories. I know us adults will have a blast, as well! Although, the kids make the holidays magical! I hope our first year turns out amazing, and I hope this new tradition is one the children look forward to each and every year at their house / Aunt Rebecca's and Uncle Brett's house!
